What are your hours?

Our local offices are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (closed on public holidays).
However, we are flexible and can be available outside these hours to deliver your audio visual equipment.

Is the equipment covered by insurance?

Not by us when it is hired by you. You need to arrange insurance through your own provider.

What are your terms and conditions?

Do you charge a bond?

We do not charge a bond but ask for positive photo ID (drivers license or passport) on collection or delivery of equipment and reserve the right to refuse delivery if it is not supplied.
